DESCRIPTION:

The Position
  • The Director of Pharmacy will be responsible for the overall management of the inpatient pharmacy that operates seven days a week
  • As an employee of CompleteRx, enjoy a matrix reporting relationship with Chief
  • Operating Officer of the hospital and Operations Manager of CompleteRX
  • Benefit from resources available through CompleteRX
  • Direct reports include four pharmacists and two techs
  • Contribute with members of the leadership team in financial management by evaluating the cost of products, usage patterns and establishing best practice
  • Partner with nursing to improve patient outcomes by developing educational programs to enhance the clinical knowledge of nursing staff
